Bikram vs BBQ

Yoga is starting to become a regular thing so I may not blog about it every time – still hot, still sweaty, still dizzy. I am at least getting more twist in Garudasana (Eagle pose). I am noticing a theme of yoga vs food. At least this time I waited to eat the massive meal till after the workout. Our family had a wonderful BBQ with ribs, tri-tip, chicken, beans, collard greens, cole slaw, potato salad, macaroni, corn bread, and blueberry cobbler. I am still feeling the coma. I am not going to lose any weight if I keep eating like this but it sure is delicious. Tomorrow leftovers.
